Two things have always stood out for me with Claire.  The first is that she took the time to get to know me, and what I wanted to achieve, and ultimately placed me in a firm in 2006 that I am still at today. She helped me to move firms, and move cities (whilst I got married in between!).  The second is that she hasn’t tried at any point thereafter to finesse an extra move out of me.
